Blue Mountains Concert Band awarded major Arts funding!

The Blue Mountains City of the Arts Trust was created to support the local Arts industry and strengthen the cultural fabric of the Blue Mountains. The award of $7,897 to BMCB Inc. will be used to showcase Australian concert band music and Australian composers and artists in a major concert performance, Among the Gum Trees, to be held in June 2027. Mountains Youth Band at 5pm

for youth who are confident and beyond beginner stage on their instrument and able to read music.

Blue Mountains Concert Band at 7:15pm

for ages 18+ who are confident on their instrument and read music well.

Blue Mountains Concert Band is a community concert band based in the Blue Mountains, New South Wales, Australia.

We welcome musicians from all walks of life. Band members should be able to read and play music beyond the beginner stage.

Mountains Youth Band, the youth division of Blue Mountains Concert Band, accepts players from 10 to 19 years of age.
