The Blue Mountains City of the Arts Trust was created to support the local Arts industry and strengthen the cultural fabric of the Blue Mountains. The award of $7,897 to BMCB Inc. will be used to showcase Australian concert band music and Australian composers and artists in a major concert performance, Among the Gum Trees, to be held in June 2027. Blue Mountains Concert Band Inc acknowledges and respects the Dharug and Gundungurra peoples as the past, present, and emerging Traditional Custodians of the land on which we rehearse and perform. We value the cultural significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their continuous, deep connection to Country.
Mountains Youth Band: Arrive at 5:00pm for a 5:15pm - 7:00pm rehearsal.
Concert Band: Arrive at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm - 9:15pm rehearsal.
