Blue Mountains Concert Band and Mountains Youth Band are extending an invitation to anyone who loves live music to Save the Date for a major performance of next year.

On Sunday 27th June 2027 at 2pm at Blue Mountains Theatre, Springwood, we will present a matinee concert titled:

Among the Gum Trees: a musical celebration of “our place”.

This concert has been generously funded through a grant from the Blue Mountains City of the Arts Trust. 

We are very excited to be able to showcase Australian music composed and arranged by Australian and Blue Mountains artists and performed by our volunteer musicians and special guests. The concert will also be a celebration of 25 years since the establishment of Mountains Youth Band. The youth musicians in Mountains Youth Band will be performing alongside our adult concert band in a fabulous example of Blue Mountains inter-generational music-making.
